Gear launched 2010 to 2014
The years of the Catalyst 2960-S, 3560-C and 3750-X, Juniper's EX2200 and SRX210, and HP's 2530 and 2920. PoE+ at 30 W a port became normal, and the 2960-S and 3750-X stack. Cisco's support for the 2960-S ended in 2020 and for the 3560-C and 3750-X in 2021, Juniper's EX2200 in June 2024 and HP's 2920 at the end of 2023. They're capable lab switches with plenty of ports, but check the license or feature set before you count on routing.
